1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Coppertop Campus Moodle platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.

2. ABOUT COPPERTOP CAMPUS

Coppertop Campus is a South African educational institution offering online and in-person training programmes. Our Moodle platform provides access to paid online courses, learning resources, and assessments.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details secure.

4. PAYMENT AND ACCESS TO COURSES

• Access to paid courses is granted upon full payment via our approved payment gateway(s).
• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely. Coppertop Campus does not store your credit card or banking details.
• Course access is typically limited to a set period (e.g., 3–12 months), which will be communicated at enrolment.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once course access has been granted, unless required by South African consumer protection laws.
• Exceptions may be made in the case of duplicate payments or if the course was not accessible due to a system error.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not copy, share, or distribute course content without permission
• Not upload harmful or malicious content
• Treat other users and facilitators with respect

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, including videos, documents, assessments, and branding, is the intellectual
property of Coppertop Campus or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

8. PRIVACY AND POPIA COMPLIANCE

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Coppertop Campus makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of content but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free material. We are not liable for:

• Any loss resulting from platform downtime or technical issues
• Decisions made based on course content
• Data loss due to user error

10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Coppertop Campus may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be
handled under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
